The US long-range rocket systems arrived in Ukraine, after months of asking. As part of the deal with the US, Ukrainian leaders promised to only fire on targets inside Ukraine, and not use them to fire beyond its border into Russia. Meanwhile, the US will provide an additional $450mln in advanced weaponry and aid to Ukraine.
