Angola’s economy expanded by 2.6% YoY in Q1 2022 from 2.4% in Q4 2021, the fourth consecutive quarter of expansion and the fastest pace since late 2018. The transport sector grew the most at 31.6%. On the other hand, Mining output registered the biggest drop of 28.3% YoY in Q1 2022, compared to an expansion of 20% in Q4 2021.
