The Colombian economy expanded by 3.0% YoY in February, a slowdown from the previous month’s upwardly revised growth of 5.9%, mainly driven by a softer increase in services output, which grew at 3.8% compared to 7.6% in January. On the other hand, the manufacturing sector expanded by 2.6%, unchanged from the previous month. However, there was a decline in primary activities of 2.2% as opposed to the 0.7% growth in January.
