Ukraine and South Korea have signed a preliminary loan agreement from the Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF), with Ukraine set to receive the first USD 300 mln tranche in 2023 and USD 3 bln in 2024. The agreement, which could provide Ukraine with up to USD 8 bln in total financing from the EDCF, is awaiting the second stage of approval, expected in the coming weeks.
