The IMF and Guinea Bissau have agreed on terms that could support the second review of the ECF program, subject to IMF Executive Board approval. With this agreement, Guinea Bissau stands to gain access to an additional USD 3.16 mln. The focus remains on increasing domestic revenue, controlling spending, and securing timely financial aid from the international community.
