US envoy Gabriel Escobar has expressed concerns over the escalating crisis in northern Kosovo, which he warns may devolve into a regional and international conflict if not addressed promptly. Escobar, alongside EU envoy Miroslav Lajcak, called for the immediate release of the arrested officers and reaffirmed US support for Kosovo’s accession to the EU and NATO.
