Indonesia’s annual inflation rate fell to a 14-month low of 3.52% in June, down from 4% in May, mainly driven by the slowest rise in food prices in 16 months. The inflation rate stayed within the central bank’s target range of 2-4% for the second consecutive month. Core inflation decelerated to a 13-month low of 2.66% in June, down from 2.6% in May. Monthly, consumer prices increased by 0.14% in June, a slight increase from the prior month’s 0.09% rise, the lowest in six months.
