Costa Rica’s annual inflation rate declined by 1% in June, following a 0.9% rise in the prior month, marking the first decline in annual consumer prices since August 2020 and the sharpest since March 2016. Monthly, consumer prices fell for the fifth consecutive month by 0.6%.
