Ukrainian president Zelensky vowed to avenge a Russian missile strike on Chernihiv, a city in northern Ukraine, which killed seven and injured 144 people. Mr. Zelensky noted that the attack occurred on an Orthodox holiday; people leaving the church were among the injured. Meanwhile, Ukrainian officials said Russia had shelled the eastern city of Kupyansk, which Ukraine recaptured from Russian forces last year. Meanwhile, Zelensky has traveled to the Netherlands to discuss the delivery of F16 fighter jets, for which the Netherlands and Denmark received approval last week from the US.
