Egypt’s oil ministry has announced new investments of about USD 340 mln with Shell, Petronas, and Cheiron Energy to enhance oil and gas outputs in the Mediterranean and Gulf of Suez, including a significant USD 222 mln initiative to increase gas production in the Mediterranean’s West Delta region.
