Uganda’s trade deficit narrowed by 3% YoY to USD 247.9 mln in June, with the ministry revising the May deficit down significantly from USD 352.7 mln to USD 92.6 mln. Exports fell to USD 718.6 mln in June from USD 940.9 mln in May, while imports decreased to USD 966.5 mln from USD 1.03 bln.
