Bangladesh is seeking USD 5 bln from major international lenders to boost its FX reserves. Meanwhile, the US has pledged a USD 202.3 mln grant to support good governance, economic opportunities, and resilience building in Bangladesh. This funding is part of a broader USD 954 mln US commitment for the 2021-2026 period, of which USD 425 mln has already been provided.
