Albania’s central bank hiked up FX interventions on the domestic market, trying to stem ALL appreciation. According to the report, the annual EUR 250-330 mln plan for FX reserves increase has already been reached during the summer, which has not prevented ALL from reaching an all-time high of 98.84 last month.
