Zambia and the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) signed a USD 50 mln agreement to construct the Kalabo-Sikongo-Angola road. Additionally, BADEA committed USD 500k for a capacity-building program aimed at improving Zambian civil servants’ skills in finance, energy, and trade.
