Jamaica’s economy grew by 0.2% YoY in Q2 2024, following a 1.2% rise in Q1, driven by mining and primary sectors. However, seasonally adjusted figures show a 0.7% quarterly contraction, reversing a 0.2% gain in the first quarter.
