Moldova’s chief EU accession negotiator reported that Russia has invested around EUR 100 mln to undermine the crucial election on Sunday through disinformation campaigns, destabilization efforts, and voter payments. Moldovan President Maia Sandu is seeking re-election and aims to advance her pro-European agenda alongside an EU referendum.
