Nigeria’s naira fell 4.3% to a record low of 1,670.65 per USD on Monday amid a sharp drop in dollar liquidity, which plunged by 72% to USD 81 mln. Despite prioritizing reserve building, dollar availability in Nigeria’s FX market remains low; reserves reached USD 39.4 bln on Oct. 24, the highest in two years.
