Tunisia’s economy grew by 1% in the first nine months of 2024, supported by a rebound in agriculture. Q3 growth was 0.8% QoQ and 1.8% YoY. Agricultural output contributed 0.83 pp to overall growth. Tunisia welcomed 8.6 mln tourists in the first 10 months (8.6% YoY rise), with tourism revenue rising 6% to USD 2 bln. Notably, the sector employs 400,000 workers and contributes nearly 9% to GDP.
