Ukraine secured a USD 4.8 bln loan from the World Bank, including USD 1.6 bln from the US, to support its social and humanitarian needs. This brings the total foreign assistance Ukraine has received since the conflict’s start to over USD 100 bln. Additionally, Ukraine received USD 235 mln in funding from Japan through the World Bank to support local entrepreneurship and education.
