Ukraine secured USD 41 bln in financial aid for 2025. Key commitments include USD 13.7 bln from the EU via the Ukraine Facility, USD 19.1 bln under the ERA plan from the G7 and the EU, USD 3.1 bln from IBRD, USD 2.7 bln from the IMF, and USD 1 bln from the UK. While this funding will help cover the country’s external financing deficit, concerns remain over whether it will be sufficient to counter Russian aggression and support economic recovery.
