Ghana unlocked a USD 360 mln disbursement from the IMF following a successful third review of its extended credit facility. The total amount received from the USD 3 bln program now stands at USD 1.92 bln. The country restructured its USD 50 bln debt as part of IMF conditions to make loans sustainable.
