Azerbaijan produced 7 bln cubic meters (bcm) of gas in its fields in January-November 2024, a 9.1% decline from the previous year. Total gas production reached 45.8 bcm, up 4.1% YoY. The Shah Deniz field produced 25.3 bcm, up 5.4%; the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli block produced 12.1 bcm, up 3.4%; and the Absheron field produced 1.4 bcm. Azerbaijan expects a production of 49.064 bcm in 2024, up from 48.497 bcm in 2023.
