The Dutch Minister of Foreign Affairs has stated that the country will block Serbia from progressing in its EU accession talks as the country is not ready for it yet, BBG reported. The report does not elaborate on the reasons behind the statement but points to Serbia’s “fairness of the country’s electoral process” as well as its lack of sanctions against Russia.
