Laos’ inflation dropped to 16.9% in December, down from 18.3% in November, driven by a significant increase in housing and utility prices. Meanwhile, Vietnam’s T&T Group received approval for a USD 768 mln wind power project in Laos with a capacity of 495 megawatts in Savannakhet province.
