Nigerian Finance Minister Wale Edun urged the IMF to be more flexible in its lending, particularly regarding the USD 500 mln loan repayment due next week. He suggested that the IMF allow Nigeria to reinstate the loan, citing ongoing needs and flexibility in international financial support.
