Armenian PM Pashinyan said his country needs a referendum on a new constitution, as the existing document lacks legitimacy. Earlier, Azerbaijani President Aliyev commented that amending the constitution, which currently contains a reference to the unity of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh, is a core demand for the signing of a peace treaty between the two countries.
