France offered Morocco EUR 781 mln to purchase 18 high-speed trains from Alstom as part of Morocco’s rail network expansion ahead of the 2030 World Cup. This deal is part of a broader plan to extend high-speed services to Marrakech and improve urban and intercity connectivity.
