Kazakhstan’s energy ministry has said oil exports via the Caspian Pipeline Consortium through Russia remain without restrictions. This is despite announcements made yesterday by the CPC saying that it had suspended operations at two out of the three oil loading facilities at the Novorossiysk sea terminal in the Black Sea, due to a major oil spill.
