Albanian Prime Minister Rama and EU foreign policy chief Kallas have said at a joint press conference that Albania’s accession to the EU by 2030 is a realistic target, if the country delivers on reforms. Rama has said his government hopes to finish negotiations by 2027, with full membership coming by 2030.
