China announced nearly USD 10 bln in yuan credit lines for Latin American and Caribbean countries at the China-CELAC Forum, expanding its 2015 pledge. Trade between China and the region surpassed USD 500 bln last year. Xi Jinping also unveiled visa-free travel for five unnamed countries.
