Morocco’s consumer prices fell 0.1% MoM in July, providing modest relief after two years of elevated costs. The decline was mainly driven by cheaper food, particularly vegetables (-4.7%) and fruits (-0.9%). However, dairy products rose 2.7% and fuel prices increased 3.5%, while smaller gains were recorded for hot drinks, fish and seafood, continuing to pressure household budgets.
