Thailand trade deficit dropped to USD 1.47 bln in April, a decrease from USD 1.91 bln a year prior. Imports dipped 7.3% YoY to a four-month low, while exports fell 7.6% YoY to a three-month low. During the first four months of this year, Thailand recorded a USD 4.52 bln trade deficit, a significant increase from the USD 0.12 bln shortfalls of the same period in 2022.
