Vietnam signed MoUs to buy over USD 2 bln in US agricultural, forestry, and fishery goods during a US visit by Minister Do Duc Duy. Five MoUs worth USD 800 mln were signed in Iowa alone. Meanwhile, the VND reference rate hit a record-low of 24,982/USD on Tuesday; spot USD/VND was near 26,027.
