Armenia

A series of protests erupted in the Armenian capital, calling for PM Pashinyan’s resignation and the removal of Russian peacekeepers. Almost all opposition groups in Armenia agreed on a plan to dismantle the current government, proposing the establishment of a coordination committee, and launching impeachment proceedings against PM Pashinian. Meanwhile, Azerbaijan’s President Aliyev announced that the nation has regained full sovereignty over the Karabakh region and plans to integrate its residents, assuring their safety but pledging legal action against “criminals” from the unrecognized regional government.
