Armenia will speed up the drafting of a new constitution, the government has announced, which should support the conclusion of a peace treaty with Azerbaijan. Azerbaijani President Aliyev said on Wednesday that the “ball is in Armenia’s court”, regarding the signing of the treaty. However, Aliyev also commented on Armenia’s perceived militarization as a source of potential tension in the region.
