The Armenian minister of foreign affairs stated that Armenia and Azerbaijan agreed on 15 out of 17 articles of the negotiated peace treaty draft. The minister also emphasized that the peace agreement can be signed in short order ‘if there is enough political will’. However, Azerbaijan continues to insist that Armenia should amend its constitution to remove existing territorial claims against Azerbaijan from it.
