Azerbaijan’s President Aliyev outlined preconditions for a peace treaty with Armenia, including constitutional amendments to remove territorial claims against Azerbaijan and the disbandment of the OSCE Minsk Group, created to address the Karabakh crisis. Aliyev stated that 15 out of 17 treaty articles have been agreed upon, with the remaining issues involving future claims against each other and the non-deployment of third-party military forces along the bilateral border.
