Kazakhstan’s preliminary data shows a USD 332 mln current account surplus in Q3, a reversal from Q2’s USD 986 mln deficit. The improvement is attributed to a reduced primary income deficit and stronger exports, though the financial account showed a USD 587 mln deficit due to FDI and portfolio outflows.
