Kazakhstan’s government has announced a new rare-earth deposit discovery, which it commented could bring the country to a leading position in global rare-earth reserves. Further, Kazakhstan’s manufacturing sector continued to expand in March, with the PMI recorded at 52.7, above the 52.1 level recorded in February.
