The EU envoy for the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia sees the weekend’s agreement between the two Presidents as a turning point in the normalization of relations. Under the agreement, Belgrade will acknowledge Kosovo’s statehood and recognize its passports and customs documents, but it will not recognize Kosovo under international law.
