Russia’s seaborne crude exports fell to the lowest level since August 2023, with a decline of 540,000 barrels per day since October. Shipments from western Russia, particularly from the Ust-Luga port, saw a significant drop in December, with at least five cargoes removed from the program. The slowdown has continued into January, with only five shipments in the first ten days.
