More than thirty people were wounded, and dozens of homes were damaged in Pavlohrad, a city in southeastern Ukraine, after Russian missile strikes knocked out part of the electricity grid, leaving thousands without power. That is the second set of long-range missile strikes Russia has carried out in recent days, indicating a revival of the tactic it used extensively in the winter. In a show of unity, the EU has agreed to allow the transit of Ukrainian grain to resume through five neighboring countries. The deal covers wheat, maize, rapeseed, and sunflower seeds and includes a financial support package worth EUR 100 mln for farmers, although many details of the agreement remain undisclosed.
