Officials from Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan have signed a historic agreement on border demarcation, Bloomberg reported. The two countries never previously had a formal border, other than during the USSR, which led to several border conflicts during recent years. This agreement is expected to settle any disputes and prevent future escalations at the border.
