Ukraine has received a tranche of nearly USD 1.1bln from the IMF after completing the fifth program revision. The IMF has reached a preliminary agreement with Ukraine to provide Kyiv with another tranche in September. Separately, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said the US is nearly ready to offer USD 20bln toward the G7-led loan program to help Ukraine. This USD 20bln is part of the USD 50bln loan backed by Russia’s frozen central bank assets.
