US President Trump has said he is considering flying to Istanbul this Thursday, to join potential peace talks between President Zelensky and President Putin. The Russian president is quoted saying “we are in the mood for serious talks with Ukraine” as “Russia is ready to resume direct negotiations without any preconditions”.
