Russian Konstantin Malofeev, a nationalist financier who is under Western sanctions and a Kremlin confidant said he believes Moscow will turn down any Ukraine ceasefire brokered by incoming US president Trump. At the same time, he said there’s a 50-50 chance of an eventual agreement with Trump.
