Officials from Ukraine and the US have signed an agreement to create a Reconstruction Investment Fund in Ukraine, following extended negotiations. This agreement will give the US privileged access to new investment projects for natural resources in Ukraine. It is seen as a signal of US support for peace and economic stability in Ukraine.
