Ukraine

The EU plans to spend up to EUR 500 mln to support ammunition producers in addition to the EUR 2 bln already agreed upon by foreign and defense ministers earlier this week. This move aims to provide Ukraine with 1 million rounds of artillery ammunition over the next year, a goal that leaders expect to sign off on at a two-day summit in Brussels that started on Thursday. Meanwhile, the World Bank released a report estimating that it would cost EUR 411 bln to rebuild Ukraine after approximately one year of the war.
