Ukraine army has proclaimed its advance in Bakhmut as the “first success” in the defense of the city, amid an ongoing conflict. Meanwhile, president Zelensky visited the UK, meeting with PM Sunak. During the discussions, Mr. Sunak guaranteed sustained support for Ukraine and pledged to urge global leaders at the Council of Europe and G7 meeting to aid Ukraine. President Zelensky maintained his plea for F16 fighter jets.
