Uzbekistan will receive a transition period of 2-3 years upon joining the WTO, according to Deputy Chairman Mubin Mirzaev. During this period, Uzbekistan will align VAT, excise taxes, and customs duties with WTO member standards, applying consistent rates across both imports and the domestic market.
